| Don't worry! It's only on hold as a way of us organizing our many orders. It doesn't mean anything. |

| How long does it take for my order to get out? |
| We make everything by hand so it takes anywhere from 1- 10 days depending on what was ordered. |

| Can I get my order rushed? |
